We are currently looking for an inspirational, innovative and experienced Senior Social Worker to fulfil the role of Head of Social Work within the Croydon & Behavioural And Developmental Psychology (BDP) Directorate.
The post holder will provide expert leadership, operational and management oversight to Social Workers within the Directorate and on the National Units on the Bethlem Royal Hospital Site, providing strategic responsibility for their development. You will be part of the Directorate’s Senior Management and Executive Team.
We are looking for exceptional candidates with a significant level of Social Work experience, a strong understanding of Social Care Legislation and its implementation in practice, able to navigate confidently Social Care Systems and communicate effectively with our partners and stakeholders. Have the ability to manage a busy team whilst undertaking projects, service delivery and performance responsibilities.
