The multi-disciplinary team works with people over the age of 65 with both functional and organic mental health issues. We are looking for a dynamic OT practitioner who enjoys care coordination and working with a diversity of clinical presentations. Care coordinators within the team work as independent practitioners to enable and empower those experiencing mental health problems and offering support to their carers.

Additionally there will be responsibility undertaking OT specific work with our client group as well as deputising for the lead Occupational Therapist and elements of practice development.

If you are an experienced and flexible practitioner who would like to join our friendly and recovery focused team, then we welcome your application for this post.

The CMHT is  based at Selhurst Road and we are a short walk from Norbury Junction Overground station. In the role of Care Coordinator, we will be encouraging you to work as an autonomous practitioner, with our client group to help maintain and support their mental wellbeing in the community.
