We are looking to recruit a Community Psychiatric Nurse in a developmental role in our Community Mental Health Team. In this role we will aim to advance your existing skills and give you the experience to support you to flourish and grow into the role. With our support and guidance we would hope that you would achieve this within 6 months.

This is a unique opportunity and we are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who can demonstrate their passion for working with older adults. To apply for this post you must have significant experience as a band 5 nurse ideally in an older adult inpatient setting, have completed your preceptorship course, have started the process of applying for mentorship or be enrolled on the mentorship course

Our multi-disciplinary team works with people over the age of 65 with both functional and organic mental health issues and people under the age of 65 with a diagnosis of dementia.
