Our Acute Pathway provides a central role to inpatient care at our various sites, and delivers a broad spectrum of expert services to service users and carers.

We offer psychiatric assessment, care and treatment in hospital, which helps to reduce the risk to self and others.

Our service brings together teams of health and social care professionals, including nurses, social workers and psychiatrists.

The mixed ward Rosa Parks in Lambeth has a full-time and a part-time vacancies:

Our purpose is to support all staff with good experiential learning, regular supervision, access to training and a continuous programme of professional development inclusive of preceptorship, mentorship and revalidation. We also provide a wide range of specialist SLAM courses such as CBT, Physical Health Care, Mindfulness and also external training up to and including Masters level.

We have a strong focus on staff well-being and support and believe in investing in our workforce to provide stability, consistency and a healthy safe professional group.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, caring and creative people to come and join us and work within an exciting and fast paced environment that provides inpatient care to acutely unwell adults.
