Our Acute Pathway provides a central role to inpatient care at our various sites, and delivers a broad spectrum of expert services to service users and carers.
We offer psychiatric assessment, care and treatment in hospital, which helps to reduce the risk to self and others.
Our service brings together teams of health and social care professionals, including nurses, social workers and psychiatrists.

Our purpose is to support all staff with good experiential learning, regular supervision, access to training and a continuous programme of professional development inclusive of preceptorship, mentorship and revalidation. We also provide a wide range of specialist SLAM courses such as CBT, Physical Health Care, Mindfulness and also external training up to and including Masters level.
We have a strong focus on staff well-being and support and believe in investing in our workforce to provide stability, consistency and a healthy safe professional group.

We welcome applications from final year of your RMN/LD students qualifying in 3 months and as well as experienced qualified nurses.
If successful at shortlisting stage you will be invited to an assessment on the Friday, 18th May 2018 at the ORTUS learning and events centre.
**Please note that if you do not state the month and year that you have completed your Nursing qualification you will not be invited to the assessment.**

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
