We employ around 4,800 people across South London and other sites in the UK. It is a diverse team of talented individuals, spanning a wide range of specialities and benefiting from many world-leading healthcare experts. We deliver more than 14,000 training experiences each year for our staff, providing an extensive range of learning opportunities. Staff can benefit from exceptional professional development opportunities and we will work with you to build your career in mental health. In addition, our working relationship with King's Health Partners allows those working at the Trust to get involved in academic research.

We are looking for a Team Leader / Clinical Psychologist to provide leadership to the Lambeth NDT. The role is based at the Mary Sheridan Centre, co-located with child health services including paediatrics, occupational therapy, and speech and language therapy. This is an exciting development opportunity where you will be able to sharpen your management and leadership skills in the Neurodevelopmental and Autism and Complex Needs Intervention Support Team.

Lambeth NDT provides assessment and treatment to children and young people up to the age of 18 who have mental health difficulties in addition to complex neurodevelopmental condition. ACIST is a local authority funded service embedded within NDT designed for children up to the age of 14 years, and their families.

We are committed to helping to develop the people that come to work with us. We know that the Trust can only be as good as the people who work here and we’ll invest in you to maximise that potential. That’s why we really welcome and value people so highly. In short, if you’ve got what it takes we’d be delighted for you to come and work with us.
