An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Clinical Psychologist in the Lambeth CAMHS Neurodevelopment Team. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic and creative in their approach to service delivery and committed to improving the lives of children, young people with neurodevelopmental difficulties and/or Intellectual Disabilities.

NDT is a specialist team which provides evidence-based assessment and treatment to children and young people up to the age of 18 who have a mental health, emotional or behavioural difficulties in addition to Autism Spectrum Disorder or intellectual Disability in the London Borough of Lambeth. You would be joining a friendly and supportive team comprising Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychology and nursing.

The service is part of the wider Lambeth CAMHS service and co-located with Paediatric MDT colleagues within the Mary Sheridan Centre and has good links with the other agencies in the Borough including schools and social care.

You will carry a caseload providing assessment and intervention for children and young people in the service; the work is varied and interesting and includes a significant component of MDT and inter-agency consultation, collaboration and liaison. Clinical supervision will be provided y an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist, there are good links with local training programmes and opportunities for development within the role.
