We are looking for a full time band 7 Team Manager and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner who is dynamic in their approach and wants to make a difference to the lives of children and young people known to Lambeth Child & Adolescent Looked After Service and YOS CAMHS. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a thriving, and highly motivated, skilled team of clinicians. The teams are multidisciplinary consisting of Child Psychiatry, Clinical Psychology, and Clinical Specialists including counselling psychology, nursing, art and drama psychotherapy.

Whilst based in different locations, International House and Olive Morris House in Brixton both the YOS and CLAMHS teams have very close links with a degree of cross over between the client groups.

We are looking for an experienced CAMHS clinician who is interested in enhancing their management skills whilst carrying a reduced caseload. You will have a specialist interest and understanding of the needs of looked after children and young people who offend and a sound knowledge of safeguarding policies and practice.

You will be a committed and flexible leader who is able to work efficiently within the parameters and expectations of SLaM whilst keeping a strong focus on collaboration with our Social Care colleagues.
