The Complex Care Rehabilitation Services provides a range of medium to long term care and support to people with severe and enduring mental health problems where a recovery approach is of paramount importance.

Tony Hillis Unit is a 15 bedded low secure rehabilitation unit (Males), based at Lambeth Hospital. The unit function is to provide a safe and secure environment for clients whose behaviour renders them unsafe to themselves and others.

The unit take referrals from the different boroughs within SLaM and nationally and specialise in treatment and placement profiling for service users. Our service users are typically clients with complex needs who generally have not reached a point in their recovery where they can be discharge from hospital.

The unit is looking for Band 5 Nurses to be part of our motivated and experienced team; you will gain considerable experience with risk assessment, risk management, care planning, engagement and communication with clients who are complex during their hospital admission.

You will be expected to be committed and provide high levels of care have excellent communication skills and develop excellent risk awareness. In return our service will provide you with high levels of supervision and support during your working career with us and provide you with personal development plans to help you develop.

If successful at shortlisting stage you will be invited to an assessment on the Friday, 8th December 2017 at the ORTUS learning and events centre.

**Please note that if you do not state the month and year that you have completed your Nursing qualification you will not be invited to the assessment.**
