An excellent opportunity has come up in the Enhanced Recovery Team, the award winning Highly Commended Community Team of the Year.
We are seeking to recruit two Registered Mental Health Nurses to work as Care Coordinators with people with severe and enduring mental health problems in Lewisham. You would need to be enthusiastic, committed to work within a recovery model dedicated to improve the mental well-being of service users and their carers.
You would be able to work autonomously with clients managing your own caseload adopting a flexible and positive approach.
You would be part of a multidisciplinary team and expected to contribute to core team tasks as well as support our partners to deliver high standard provision of residential care and support.
You will receive regular managerial supervision with regular appraisals. There are excellent opportunities for training to help develop your skills.
We employ around 4,800 people across South London and other sites in the UK. It is a diverse team of talented individuals, spanning a wide range of specialities and benefiting from many world-leading healthcare experts. We deliver more than 14,000 training experiences each year for our staff, providing an extensive range of learning opportunities. Staff can benefit from exceptional professional development opportunities and we will work with you to build your career in mental health. In addition, our working relationship with King's Health Partners allows those working at the Trust to get involved in academic research.
We are committed to helping to develop the people that come to work with us. We know that the Trust can only be as good as the people who work here and we’ll invest in you to maximise that potential. That’s why we really welcome and value people so highly. In short, if you’ve got what it takes we’d be delighted for you to come and work with us.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
