This role within the SLaM Performance & Contracts Team offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and hard-working department.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, numerate professional who will support the on-going development and monitoring of contractual and performance requirements to ensure Trust compliance. Experience and strength in the use of Excel and information systems will be essential in order to produce, analyse and communicate information. This will be supported by a passion for developing relationships across a broad cross-section of stakeholders including Trust clinical services and commissioners (local and national) at differing levels of seniority.

Regular support will be available from senior members of the team and peer group. The nature of the team provides diverse scope for exploring personal professional development whether in performance / contract management and assurance, project management and also information reporting and analysis.

We employ around 4,800 people across South London and other sites in the UK. It is a diverse team of talented individuals, spanning a wide range of specialities and benefiting from many world-leading healthcare experts. We deliver more than 14,000 training experiences each year for our staff, providing an extensive range of learning opportunities. Staff can benefit from exceptional professional development opportunities and we will work with you to build your career in mental health. In addition, our working relationship with King's Health Partners allows those working at the Trust to get involved in academic research.

We are committed to helping to develop the people that come to work with us. We know that the Trust can only be as good as the people who work here and we’ll invest in you to maximise that potential. That’s why we really welcome and value people so highly. In short, if you’ve got what it takes we’d be delighted for you to come and work with us.
