We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced e-Rostering System Support Administrator to join our fantastic e-Rostering Team. The e-Rostering System Support Administrator is critical in supporting the e-Rostering system across the Trust to deliver quality rosters that are safe, efficient and cost-effective. The role involves providing user training, running reports, data validation and identification of systems and process improvements.
You will need to have an understanding of the clinical environment and be able to advise on methods of improving rostering practices for all staff groups that will benefit patients and drive out financial savings. You will need to be a highly motivated, proactive and dynamic individual.
Current experience of using the Allocate Healthroster system is essential. You must be educated to degree level or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge gained through experience. Strong computer skills and experience of analysing and interpreting information is also essential.
You should possess good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with a flexible approach to work and also enjoy working as part of a team. Above all we are looking for a keen and enthusiastic individual who can show determination and commitment in the role. The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
