We employ around 4,800 people across South London and other sites in the UK. It is a diverse team of talented individuals, spanning a wide range of specialities and benefiting from many world-leading healthcare experts. We deliver more than 14,000 training experiences each year for our staff, providing an extensive range of learning opportunities. Staff can benefit from exceptional professional development opportunities and we will work with you to build your career in mental health. In addition, our working relationship with King's Health Partners allows those working at the Trust to get involved in academic research.
We are seeking to recruit a Service Manager for our Mental Health of Older Adults and Dementia Inpatient and Specialist Care Services across the London Boroughs of Croydon, Lewisham, Lambeth and Southwark.
We are looking for a motivated and innovative individual who has the professional skills and energy to manage collaboratively across different services and staff groups and to deliver the best quality care and outcomes for service users, carers and staff. You will have a proven track record in working at team level in mental health both in managing and supervising staff.
We wish to hear from individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute in further developing our services. In return the Trust will provide excellent support and encouragement for personal and professional development. If you think you have the enthusiasm and experience to take on this exciting role we look forward to hearing from you.
We are committed to helping to develop the people that come to work with us. We know that the Trust can only be as good as the people who work here and we’ll invest in you to maximise that potential. That’s why we really welcome and value people so highly. In short, if you’ve got what it takes we’d be delighted for you to come and work with us.
