We are looking to recruit a dynamic Senior Clinical Psychologist to join Lewisham Psychology and Psychotherapy Service (P& P) / Mental Health Care Home Intervention Team- Lewisham.
The P&P service provides specialist, evidence based psychological interventions (consultation, liaison, assessment & treatment) to residents in Lewisham & Croydon. Referrals come via the CMHT or memory services.
The Mental Health Care Home Intervention Team –
Lewisham provides a community in-reach service for older adults who live in care homes with behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) or behaviours that challenge staff in the context of mental illness.
Both teams support the academic priorities of the CAG and the successful candidate will be involved in teaching, training & research
We are looking for an enthusiastic psychologist with an interest in and experience of working with older adults who are aware of the importance of close working relationships with MDT colleagues. We are looking for a psychologist that can offer a dynamic and creative approach to service delivery. You will receive regular clinical supervision according to your clinical experience.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
