An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Psychological Medicine and Older Adult Directorate for a Deputy Ward Manager on our Aubrey Lewis 1 Inpatient Ward at the Maudlsey Hospital.  You will support and deputise for the Ward Manager in the running of an Older Adult acute assessment and treatment ward and assist in managing the multi-disciplinary team based on the ward.

You will work closely with the Ward Manager to provide full clinical and managerial leadership to ensure the effective provision, management and development of service delivery, while encouraging a person-centred, therapeutic environment for our patients.  You will be offered an excellent support package in the form of supervision and training.
