We are looking for 2 post holders who will each co-facilitate Tree of Life groups with an experienced practitioner across 2 sites each (Maudsley and Bethlem; Lewisham and Lambeth).

The main purpose of the role is to work within the spirit of co-production and co-delivery of Tree of Life workshops with qualified psychologists across the acute inpatient wards and Psychiatric Intensive Care Units PICUs in the boroughs of Croydon (Bethlem Royal Hospital), Lewisham (Ladywell Unit), Lambeth (Lambeth Hospital) and Southwark (Maudsley Hospital).

The Tree of Life is a recovery focused approach, based on narrative therapy that focuses on strengths, culture, heritage and spirituality and can be used by staff and service users.

Do you have personal experience of mental health issues?

Are you willing to share your experiences in a way that makes the delivery of tree of life workshops more valuable and meaningful?

Do you have experience of training, group facilitation or presenting and are able to talk confidently to groups?

Do you want to be supported to learn group therapy skills in a mental health setting?

If you think you meet these requirements we welcome your application.
