South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) is looking for an HR Business Partner to be a key part of the HR team. SLaM has c. 4,500 employees, is a world leader in mental health programs and research, and provides a full range of mental health services for South London boroughs and specialist expertise for the rest of the country. The Trust is going through an exciting period of change and transformation, including being part of the collaboration Kings Health Partners. This role reports into the Director of HR, OD, Education and Training and will involve supporting a key area of the Trust.  
 
Responsibilities will include:  
Developing and creating the Strategic Workforce Plan for your client group, this will include ensuring the operational and strategic design aligns with the Trusts direction  
Driving forward the change agenda for your service area, including working on all TUPE changes and restructures  
Creating and maintaining strong and credible relationships with the senior management team  
Partnering with specialist HR centres of excellence, for example creating training and development plans for the senior members of the Trust  
 
To be considered for this role, you must have:  
Experience of working as an HR Business Partner with an understanding/interest in the NHS, having experience of working in a commercial environment is advantageous  
The proven ability to work at an operational level, but also be able to think strategically  
Experience of building robust relationships at all levels of the business. You must be able to influence and feel confident with challenging stakeholders  
An outcome driven mentality and a flexible attitude that gets results  
Experience of TUPE and working within legal frameworks, supporting organisational change programmes
