An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and dynamic clinical Leader/manager. The role entails managing Home Treatment, and bed management in the Mental Health of Older Adults. This post will give the successful candidate the opportunity to gain wider management skills and broaden their experience.  

This post will be suitable for someone who has the professional skills and energy to manage collaboratively across different services and staff groups and to deliver the best quality care and outcomes for service users, carers and staff. The applicant will have a proven track record in working at team level in mental health both in managing and supervising staff in inpatient services and/or community services at Band 7 level in an older adult setting.
